The event is about 2nd labels of Bordeaux renowned wineries.   You will learn what a second label is, where does it stand compared to a main wine, and to a third label, how a 2nd label can beat the main appellation of other Chateaux, and why the 2nd label can drink better than the main wine of the same property. This is a formal and educational wine class, where we will cover the multidimensional matrix of the vintage, the region, the classification, and appellation systems.  Sometimes sold for hundreds of dollars, and sometimes well kept secrets, second labels are a solid value for money, and will become your everyday wines after this class.

The class is $75 - Early bird $65  

The event starts at 6:30pm and ends at 8pm at 2579 Western Trails Blvd, Austin, TX 78745, 2nd floor (no elevator). In order for everyone to fully explore the nuances of the wine aromas, please refrain from wearing heavy perfume. Strictly limited to 24 participants per session.
